Purpose and profile:

This production line is a kind of full-automatic production line consists of bottle unscrambler, bottle washing machine, double-headed eye drops filling cap screwing machine according to 2010 version pharmaceutical. It is applicable to filling eye drops and is suitable for 2-30ml plastic bottles. Sterilization for bottles, plugs and caps can adopt ethylene oxide sterilization combined with filling machine and oscillator.

Features:

1. Make sure each bottle is filled with ozone;

2. Make sure ozone does not leak on opening track;

3. Ozone concentration is balanced at sterilization stage. The entire production line includes full-automatic bottle unscrambler, bottle washing machine,ozone sterilization drying oven, eye drops filling cap screwing machine. Output is 40-120 botttles/minute(5ml).
